Purchasing a Firearm

- Firearms Transfer Form

Federal law requires that all firearm purchases must be shipped to an FFL. All other purchases of parts, accessories, tools, etc. will be shipped from MACTMIL Inc. or drop-shipped directly from the supplier. It is your responsibility to verify that the item is legal in your state before you make a purchase.

Before you purchase a firearm online, contact your local FFL (Federal Firearms License) dealer and make sure they will accept the transfer and that you are ok with the transfer fee they will charge (this will vary from dealer to dealer). It is your responsibility to contact the FFL dealer of your choice and arrange for the transfer, we will not do this for you.

Online purchases of firearms are legal and regulated by federal and state law. Firearms must be shipped to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder, who will conduct the required background check through the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NCIS) and any other state or local background checks prior to transferring the firearm to you. In addition, your local FFL dealer will abide by any state or local waiting period prior to transferring the firearm to you. The dealer that handles the firearm transfer may charge additional fees or taxes so it is your responsibility to get this information prior to placing an order.

Please have your FFL complete the Firearm Transfer Information form and have it sent back along with a copy of their FFL. The documentation can be emailed to support@macTmil.com. All firearm orders will not be processed until this paperwork is received. If the transfer request form and FFL copy is not received within 7 days, the order will be cancelled, and subject to a 10% cancellation fee.

If you are not able to take possession of the firearm from your local dealer for any reason, including not passing the background check or because the item is not legal in your area, and the firearm needs to be returned to us, you will be charged a 20% restocking fee, as well as return shipping fees.

If you live in a state that has restrictions on magazines, and the firearm you purchase has a magazine that would be illegal in your state, it will be removed and shipped to your FFL without the magazine. There will be no substitutions or discounts for removed magazines.
